NEW Upper Valley Habitat for Humanity Project in White River Junction

It is well known that housing, especially affordable housing, is in very short supply in the Upper Valley. To address this problem, we are gearing up to build a new single-family home in White River Junction this year with plans to break ground in late summer and have the home completed and ready for occupancy in the Summer of 2026. The home will be a 3-bedroom, 1.75-bath home on Nutt Lane, just a short distance (.4 miles) from downtown White River Junction.

Why is homeownership important? Homeownership can give a family the feeling of stability, a sense of pride in maintaining or improving their home and property, and the opportunity to build equity, which for many people is the most significant and accessible way to save for the future.

With the soaring costs of everything, including building materials and appliances, the cost to construct new homes is significantly greater than many hard-working families with tight budgets are able to afford. Will you help us bridge this gap and complete this project and put a deserving family in a new home?
